Shipping Policy

Shipping times and costs vary between each country which will be shown at the check out, however my processing times for in stock books are 2-5 business days.

Please remember that preorder items and in stock items have different processing times, depending on restock or publishing dates. If you're unsure, feel free to send us a message or email us at

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7 day return policy in place -- to be eligible for a return you must email us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unread or unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspect your order once it arrives and confirm that all items are usable and not damaged. If a book arrives damaged, send us an email with your order number, the title of the book and a photo of the damage. The outcome of a damaged item varies from case to case, but we will continue email correspondence until an outcome has been reached.

We DO NOT accept returns on the following:


    Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Change of mind

  • Pre-loved books

Damaged Goods Guidelines

The following QUALIFY as damaged:

  • Ripped or bent pages

  • Dents or crushed edges larger than 1 cm

  • Rips or scratches to the covers larger than 1 cm

  • Residue or marks on the covers or spine that cannot be removed

The following DO NOT QUALIFY as damaged:

  • Minimal creasing on the spine, covers or corners

  • Light scratches or marks on the covers

  • Unevenly sprayed edges
